| We ship US Postal Service
(samples only)
and UPS. When you place your order online or via an Invitation
Consultant by telephone, you will have the option of choosing your
shipping method.

| Upon request, Novel Expressions will fax you one proof
of your wording before it goes to print. If there are any changes
and you require an additional proof, there will be a minimal charge of $6.50. |

| Some of our vendors use recycled
papers. As in all fine recycled papers, blemishes in the paper may
be present. |
| All minimum quantities are specified within the
drop down menu or within the product description. Any orders that
do not meet specified minimums will not be fulfilled. |

Invitations that are displayed with ribbons,
bows, add-on tags, vellum overlays, tulle, bands or invitations
that are more than one piece will require assembly. Assembly is
not included in the price displayed. If your invitations
require assembly and you would like Novel Expressions to assemble

| All cancelled orders are subject to a $10.00
cancellation and 15% restocking fee. If order is cancelled after
the items have been printed, you will be charged the print cost
plus 50% of the cost of your invitations. Also, if you cancel your
order after your proof has been emailed you will be charged the
proof setup fee of $6.50. |

Please contact the Order
Department within 2 days at 1.800.896.1606 if you encounter a printing
error on your order. Printed items can not be returned, all sales
are final on printed items. Unprinted items may be returned in it's
original packaging and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost
of shipping. |
